It’s no secret around here that we love our support staff, they serve as the backbone of our organization. In fact, recently we interviewed our amazing support staff members and this is what they had to say…
Jamie Dawson
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
It’s always something new everyday.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
Within the first two months of working at my last employer, I was able to effectively streamline some of the processes resulting in discrepancies being reduced by 75%. Due to the improvements, in the last two years I was there, they did not incur any audits as they had in the past. I’m pleased to have helped the company improve its financial practice.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
“Pleasure in the job puts perfection in work.”
Eva Lopez
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
What I mostly like about working with SP is the appreciation that the company and the leadership of Springer Peterson has for all of their employees starting from the field guys all the way to the office staff. We are all valued and appreciated.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
My greatest accomplishments in my career life and as a Hispanic woman from Puerto Rico is that throughout the years I’ve been able to be in several career roles & positions that have helped me to become the woman that I am today on a professional level. Professionalism is the key and the most important role in any workplace.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
My favorite philosophy is: Live in such a way that if someone spoke badly of you, no one would believe it. 😊
Debbie Ransom
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
What I like most about working for SP is the people. Everyone is always friendly and helpful anytime I have asked questions or for help. To me that makes coming to work a pleasure.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
My greatest accomplishment is raising my children to become successful adults and great parents of their own children.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
My favorite philosophy is “count your blessings not your problems”.
DeAnna Torres

The people; I love my coworkers, they feel like family.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
My daughter; I am very proud of the person and mother she has become!

Work or personal Raising a very confident and independent young lady.

Kindrea Harris
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
The SP team, One big Family 😊 I love working with the people I work with and the people I work for.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
Work – the knowledge I have gained of Roofing and our Clients over the years. Personal – My children.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
“When Life throws you a rainy day, play in the puddles” – Winnie the Pooh
Neva Durham
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
SP is like family to me. When you work at a place 2,080 hours per year you get to know (or disagree with– even families disagree! Lol ) the people you work with.
Here, I feel like family.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
Personal: My Greatest accomplishment is being married to the same person for 29 years and not killing them yet!
Work: Learning all aspects of the roofing support staff jobs. I love helping out everywhere when I can.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
My Favorite Philosophy is:” Life is what happens when YOU make other plans”. So when things happen in life that you are not expecting, It’s just life happening without your consent.
Sydni Davis
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
What I like most about working for Springer Peterson is the work – life balance I have recently experienced. As a first time mom, I really appreciated being able to take the time off with my newborn and really focus on that part of my life.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
My greatest personal accomplishment is completing my Bachelors degree and graduating with no college debt last December.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
My favorite philosophy is “Tough times never last, tough people do.” 😊
Marsha McCollum
1. What do you like most about working for SP?
What I like most about working at SP is the family atmosphere, I believe everyone generally cares about the others’ wellbeing.
2. What is your greatest accomplishment? Work or personal.
My greatest accomplishment in my personal life is my marriage to my husband of 37 years. Also, my daughter and grandson. I have been really happy here at Springer and I believe it shows in my growth as an employee.
3. What’s your favorite philosophy?
I have a few philosophies;
Work smarter not harder.
If you desires are not extravagant, they will be granted.
There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
