With so many products to choose from, asphalt roofstt to single ply roofs to metal roofs, we act as an advisor to our customers on best solutions. We provide a thorough roof evaluation to determine the best next step for each customer’s needs, atmospheric conditions, accessibility requirements, and budget.

We take a proactive service approach to get ahead of any imminent roofing issues, saving customers’ time and thousands of dollars. As the 2nd largest service department in Central Florida, our staff is equipped and ready to offer our customers top-notch roofing service 24/7. It’s no secret that Springer-Peterson’s Service department is unique with its legendary quick response time and dedicated, talented, and tenured staff. Our customers often tell us that our service is defined by professionalism, reliability, and relationships.

Aside from our decades of experience, Springer-Peterson puts a value on the career development and retention of our outstanding employees. This has resulted in numerous employees with long-standing careers with us, often 10, 15, 20+ years. This positively impacts our continuity of customer relationships which is practically unheard of in our industry. Springer-Peterson Fabrication was born of the necessity for roof related architectural metals, curbs and various other fabricated items. As an ANSI/SPRI accredited shop, we continue to provide innovative fabricated solutions to their many unique challenges, but that was only the beginning. Since 1981, Springer-Peterson Fabrication has taken on a life of its own, building relationships with central Florida business, property and home owners to help them more comprehensively maintain and protect their investments in our communities.

Today, as we head in to the future of Springer-Peterson Fabrication, we continue to provide fabrication and installation services to contractors, consultants, designers, engineers and owners of businesses and homes both big and small. We will continue to maintain the standard of quality and integrity that we were founded upon.

MAIN OFFICE

Springer-Peterson’s corporate office is in Lakeland, FL and has staff including administrative support, HR, accounting, and estimating. We take pride in supporting our field services to make sure that they have what they need to be successful. We are usually busy planning Employee Appreciation events to show our gratitude to our divisions’ field employees. In addition, our corporate office is always working with the community on outreach and giving back. In fact, on any given week, you can see Springer-Peterson partnering with our local community to make a difference.

Roofing Department

Laborer: You will be helping tear off roofing systems as well as move debris, materials and tools. Dependable and the desire to learn is key!

Roofer: You will be working on detail installation and have a good understanding of installation responsibilities. Trains laborers to advance in their jobs.

Roofing Foreman: You will be in a leadership role for the crew and company. Strong communication with management and ability to effectively complete paperwork. Consistently maintains quality and safety.

Sheet Metal Install Helper: You will be doing a variety of tasks such as installing fasteners, drilling & riveting joints together, installing caulking, and much more.

Sheet Metal Install Foreman: You will be using your skills related to sheet metal installation. In addition, you will be responsible for completing paperwork and communicating daily with management.

Service Department

Laborer/Helper: You will have a variety of duties including but not limited to using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Strength, dependability, and a good attitude is a must!

Foreman: You will know how to use roofing equipment and be willing to attend training courses with strong leadership skills and project oversight abilities. Dependability and dedication to continuous training is desired.

Fabrication Department

Mechanic: You must have knowledge of fabrication equipment and the ability to weld. You will also do some blueprint reading and layout work. Working independently after receiving instructions is required.

Foreman: You will be responsible for monitoring quality, accuracy, and production in this role. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints and be a Certified Welder.
