Project Description:

When it comes to attention to detail and expert workmanship, Springer-Peterson will always outshine in Residential Re-roofing.

Re-roofing for a private residence involves laser-focused attention to detail in every aspect of the project because every homeowner has specific wishes for how to conduct construction on their property. This is no challenge for Springer-Peterson, as we have extensive experience working with home owners and understand that their home is precious. We always adhere to homeowner guidelines so that they feel comfortable throughout the entire project.

Problem

The Maxwell Residence had damage and leaks from weather and the entire roof had to be replaced. Due to this project being in a private residence, it was imperative to uphold the standards the owners had for construction at their home.

Solution

Roof replacement of Grasslands Clubhouse due to leaks and damaged tile. Project must be completed during business hours and without any disruption to on-going business and customers.

Solution:
To adhere to the owners standards we were meticulous with the all aspects of the project. Access to the work site was only allowed at the garage end of the property, and all debris was brought across the property to a specified location determined by the owner. In addition, the driveway of the residence was comprised of brick, therefore extra care was given when trucks and forklifts were used in order to keep any damage from occurring.

The installation of the new roof went seamlessly. The existing roof and related components were removed to the deck and tile was carefully salvaged in order to perform repairs on the out buildings. The deck was repaired and one layer of Polyglass TU Plus was installed.

All flashings, drip edges, valleys and off ridge vents were installed with copper and all joints soldered. Brand new pipe flashings were used at the Soil Stacks and the New Santa Fe Mission Barrel Cap and Pan Tile was installed and neatly sealed with specific dyed mortar.

This project was completed with zero damage, and zero leaks; but most importantly, the home owners were greatly satisfied with our work, attention to detail and care given to their home. It was a job well done and we were happy to be of service.
