#journeyto40 has been a year of great reflection on how Springer-Peterson has been so successful and has grown into a Top 50 Roofing Contractor in the United States. Our people have been the backbone of the organization in making this happen. It’s only natural that we would honor our employees during this special time. Springer-Peterson Service Office Assistant, Emily Springer, is our next Wall of Famer.

Our 40th anniversary lifts up our employees such as Emily Springer who help make each day run smoothly in our Service department. Emily has been with us for eight years and we were happy to chat with her recently about her work experience.

What are your main responsibilities in your role at Springer-Peterson?
My main responsibilities are to gather timesheets and scan them into the system, manage the office employee calendar, and execute the delivery of client invoices.

What do you like most about working at Springer-Peterson?
I like the people I work with, having my own office, and working in a beautiful place with its friendly, pleasant atmosphere.


Tell us about a memorable experience you’ve had since working at Springer-Peterson.
There are many but doing Secret Santa and celebrating birthdays are always memorable!

How would you describe working at Springer-Peterson?
Working at Springer-Peterson is amazing and I would describe it as family-oriented, rewarding, a friendly environment, and a place to use my problem-solving abilities.

What has been your most rewarding experience since being at Springer-Peterson?
Knowing everyday that I get to go to work in a beautiful, safe place…and knowing my Dad is nearby.

Is there a time that you did something that made you really proud in your position at Springer-Peterson?
Coming in early when I needed to, getting my responsibilities in order and completed. To make sure that I do my part in helping everything running smoothly in my department.
